Returns

Our policy last 30 days from the date of delivery. Exclusions apply. 

All returned merchandise must be unused and include the original packing. When applicable, returned frames must have the tamper-evident sticker intact on the outside temple.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds will generally post to your account within 3-5 business days.

Shipments with a 'delivered' status that are reported lost or stolen are ineligible for a refund.
